For corporations, both large and small, Adaptations offers the knowledge and expertise to assist in developing and administering effective employee relocation and assignment management policies and program formats.  Our "hand-on" approach to delivering destination services and orientation programs for corporate employees and their families, ensures that each individual receives the attention necessary to effectively bridge the cultural differences they face, resulting in a positive and productive experience.

For third party relocation companies, Adaptations offers not only quality domestic and international destination programs and related support services, but also a commitment to the flexibility in program design and delivery that is so essential in meeting the needs and challenges faced by their diverse clientbase.   

The opening of Adaptations, Inc., was the realization of a long awaited dream for Adaptations' President, Janice Visinsky, CRP.  With over twenty five years of experience in domestic & international relocation management, policy & program development, international destination services, human resources, and real estate - not to mention the practical experience of having lived and worked in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America, Janice brings a depth and breadth of knowledge and experience, rare in today's industry.  Coupled with a strong staff of experienced consultants, Adaptations is well suited to support companies large and small in all aspects of their employee relocation and assignment management needs.
